What does it cost?
One-off projects get a fixed written quote before we start. Ongoing consulting is a flat monthly fee. Price depends mostly on how many people and devices you have, and whether you handle regulated data like patient or client financial records.
Do you come on site?
Yes. We don't keep an office, so on-site visits are normal for us. We're based in the North Bay, and for complex work anywhere in the country we'll fly in.
Are we locked into a contract?
No. Projects end when the work is done. Ongoing consulting is month to month, and everything stays in your name if you leave.
What if we decide we don't need some of it?
That's fine. You see each recommendation, what it costs, and our honest read on whether it matters for you. You pick.
